Processing Time, Order Status & Tracking Numbers


I try to ship domestic (USA) orders 3-5 days per week. If I'm sick, my daughter is sick, etc, lead times may reduce to 3 days per week, but it is rare that your order will sit more than 48 hours. If you have not received your tracking number or seen movement on the TR# after a couple days, contact me. I haven't taken more than a two-day vacation in over four years, so it is rare that your order will sit longer than two to three days (unless it's a custom order).

International orders ship approximately 3x per week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but 3x per week is an honest outlook.

Custom work is typically exempt from the above. If I have to polish, powder coat or mill your order, you can expect a further 24 hr to 48 hr lead. If you have questions about custom work and any potential delays, please email me.


All orders ship through the USPS (post office) and they all have tracking numbers.
Certain international numbers will NOT track after they leave US Customs.

Your tracking number will arrive in an email directly from me.

The subject line of the email will read "Your Alliance Hobby Order" - in this email is your tracking number.
